Can't wait for the workshop? Begin your journey to wellness by indulging in a nourishing Nettle Leaf infusion right at home:


Ingredients:

- 1 cup Nettle Leaf

- Hot Water (not boiling)


Instructions:

1. In a half-gallon mason jar, add your Nettle Leaf.

2. Cover the Nettle Leaf with hot water.

3. Allow the infusion to sit for 2-8 hours, allowing the flavours and nutrients to meld.

4. Strain and savour the revitalizing brew.
