The Angel and The Engine Driver - Written by Traditional Yoga - Foreword by His Holiness The 14th Dalai Lama of Tibet

I have the pleasure in recommending this inspiring book - The Angel and The Engine Driver.

Here is the story about a train journey over the snowy peaks of the Himalayas.  Told with warmth and kindness, it represents the journey of the soul to find nourishment and to become pure.  The train is driven by an enlightened Engine Driver who takes his passengers through many challenges and difficulties, transforming their inner worlds with love and compassion, as they head towards their destination.  Many of the fundamental aspects of centuries old wisdom of the Dharma are here, described in a way that is suitable for older children and that adults can benefit from too.

Foreword by His Holiness - The 14th Dalai Lama.
